Job description

Under the management of the franchisee, the branch manager will:
  • Participate in the planning and execution of the monthly forecasts related to the operations of the branch.
  • Coordinate human resources to ensure a productive and efficient schedule.
  • Supervise servicing and preventive maintenance of the vehicles associated to the fleet of the branch.
  • Analyze reports and statistics used to determine productivity and efficiency of the branch.
  • Hire, evaluate, train, and supervise employees
  • Monitor client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Have a college diploma.
  • Own a valid drivers licence.
  • Possess a minimum of two years experience in the car rental business and/or retail management.
  • Illustrate a proven track record as a leader.
  • Have good computer skills (MS Office).
  • Able to develop exceptional customer service and team spirit.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and resolve conflicts.
