Job description
Under the management of the franchisee, the branch
manager will:
- Participate in the planning and execution of
the monthly forecasts related to the operations of the
branch.
- Coordinate human resources to ensure a productive
and efficient schedule.
- Supervise
servicing and preventive maintenance of the vehicles associated
to the fleet of the branch.
- Analyze
reports and statistics used to determine productivity and
efficiency of the branch.
- Hire, evaluate,
train, and supervise employees
- Monitor
client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Have a college diploma.
- Own a valid drivers licence.
- Possess
a minimum of two years experience in the car rental business
and/or retail management.
- Illustrate
a proven track record as a leader.
- Have good computer skills (MS Office).
- Able to develop exceptional customer service and team
spirit.
- Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure
and resolve conflicts.
