Job description
Under the management of the Branch Manager, the
Customer Support and Rental Representative representative
will:
- Meet client needs in order to offer an excellent customer service.
- Maximize
the reservations taken in order to increase the productivity of the branch.
- Complete the leasing contracts and finalize the invoice.
- Understand and explain the insurance documents and extension
of leasing contracts.
- Get involved in the maintenance
and physical checking of vehicles and equipment.
- Support the Branch Manager
in monitoring the operations and generating statistics.
Qualifications
-
Own a valid drivers licence.
- Have a high school diploma.
- Possess a minimum of two years experience
in customer service; car rental business would be an asset.
- Have
good computer skills (MS Office).
- Able to work in an environment
where the activity is fast and to execute many tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrate a good sense of customer service.
- Show enthusiasm
in working with a dynamic team.
